Pipes from coil
Our welded pipes are manufactured using a highly economical, fully automated production process to ensure consistent quality and precision. We offer outside diameters ranging from 19 mm to 610 mm with wall thicknesses of up to 12.7 mm, along with a wide selection of standard, intermediate, and custom sizes. Fixed and special lengths of up to 18 meters are available to meet project-specific requirements. Advanced Plasma, TIG, and Laser welding technologies deliver strong, high-quality welds, while tight dimensional tolerances make these pipes ideal for demanding applications such as pigging technology. We also manufacture pipes with special geometries, customized surface structures, and execution in special materials, providing tailored solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
Pipes from plates
Our plate-rolled pipe manufacturing process is designed to meet project-specific requirements with exceptional flexibility and precision. We produce pipes with outside diameters ranging from **60 mm to 3,000 mm**, wall thicknesses from **2 mm to 70 mm**, and lengths of up to **12 m without a circumferential seam** or **24 m with a circumferential weld**. Each pipe is manufactured from individual steel plates, making this process ideal for custom dimensions, specialized materials, and unique project specifications. To ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability, our skilled workforce is fully qualified and certified in all common welding processes, delivering durable, high-performance solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
